First, ensure that applicable developers from your company have registered in the Equifax® API portal at developer.equifax.com – and are able to sign in. Then follow these high-level steps to get started.

1. Navigate to the DASHBOARD page and create a new application by entering OneView.

2. Locate the OneView API by selecting it on the API PRODUCTS page.

3. Review the API REFERENCE tab for specifications.

4. Run a sample transaction in the Sandbox environment to gain familiarity with the OAUTH 2.0 protocol and requesting a token.
NOTE -While the token changes, the payload remains the same with each request.

5.Promote to the Test environment to edit the request message and run a range of test cases for code validation and error handling.
