After promotion to Test, what do I need to do in the Test environment?  

After your application page (and Dashboard) indicate your app is Approved, you can begin testing. 

On the Application page > API Products panel, expand the Approved button to confirm the appropriate endpoint Scope to use for testing (updating the URL in the Token and Report requests by replacing "sandbox" with "uat"). Also, note the appropriate Client ID and Secret to use for testing. On the API Product page, refer to the Additional API Docs tab to find test cases, reference guides, to learn how to parse the payload.
