To test various scenarios, you must promote from the Sandbox to the Test environment. Navigate to the app on your Dashboard, and click the Promote to Test button. When prompted, add the IP Address (if source whitelisting is required in your organization) and targeted Go Live date. Click Submit.  

Equifax will review and approve your request. Details will be emailed to your registered address so you can begin to integrate with the Test environment. NOTE: Your organization must have an Equifax-issued test member number to access the Test environment. If you do not yet have a test member number, please contact your Equifax account executive.
